Important Matters:Buyers and Suppliers
|
- Smice listed agents represent FTN Exporting.
- Such said informed trained agents are leading traders of commodities world-wide.
- Smice agents conducts business with end buyers taking possession of goods and suppliers in possession of goods.
- FTN Exporting only uses safe trading proceedings.”Doctrine of strict compliance “ applies.
- Outside Informed or ill informed intermediaries may make inquiries to a Smice agent not FTNX
- SMICE agent do not accept offer to buy or sell products advised by intermediaries unless principal(s) are fully disclosed first.
- Intermediaries assisting with matters of this quote leading to a deal. All interests automatically protected as per URPIB Rules of Trade.
- Where no P.G is on offer a Smice created ‘Late Delivery Discount” (LDD) is offered to the end buyer for all late deliveries
- Each failed delivery; said LDD discount rate applies on invoice per MT against each quantity delivered or as directed by the end buyer.
- All matters of this business application are strictly held as confidential for 10 years
- SMICE accepts in the first instance pre advised and transferable or transferable active credits. All expense of transfer is for the end buyer. Prices on the board are based accordingly
- SMICE also accepts non transferable and confirmed credits as confirmed to its bank ,if asked for at increase of unit price offered for listed goods by 2.0% due to added administration expenses.
- All signed quotes must be returned to the person issuing such to you via e-mail. String deals require that all formal quotes issued must lead back to the SMICE agent issuing such.
- Do no return the signed quote to FTN exporting as it will be rejected. SMICE agent as defined by registered number must filter all quotes before submitting such to FTN exporting. Supplier may approach ftn exporting for product listing for all offers valid for 30 days or more.
- All buying inquires; Quote, Offer, Contract DLC completed within 21 days of quote issuance date. Delivery, not less than 45 days there after or more .
- SMICE deals in the delivery of future contracted commodity purchases. No spot deals.
- All Supplier please note : Generous price may be obtained for 45 days D/P at sight DLC payments
- SMICE only uses banking rules and delivery rules are per ©ICC Paris France incoterms 2010 and UCP600 as well as English contract formation rules and supporting international trade laws.
- Quote must be signed and retuned before any other matters will be considered as advised by e-mail to the agent issuing quote. If added request is accepted, offer will be advised accordingly.
- Transaction conduct by inter net. Contract hard copies will be required.
- Where indicated all CFR,CIF,CIP deliveries infer an ocean distance of 5000 N/m or less. All named ports of delivery applied on offer.
